The production of technological fluids for well killing is one of the largest areas of activity for LLC “NORD-ENGINEERING.”
The fluids are manufactured at proprietary brine-mixing units (BMU) based on industrial salts such as NaCl, KCl, CaCl₂, Ca(NO₃)₂, SALTIG, and their variations, with the addition of surfactants (SAA) and inhibitors.

Challenges We Solve
At the BMU of LLC “NORD-ENGINEERING,” preliminary settling and preparation of technical water are carried out, as well as the separation and removal of sand and gravel impurities typically present in sodium chloride. This significantly simplifies other essential operations, such as fluid filtration and chemical treatment of the salt solution.
