Comprehensive Maintenance of Dosing Units
- Pressure testing of process piping and tanks before commissioning;
- Ongoing monitoring and compliance with the set operating mode of dosing pumps;
- Pump inspection (eliminating inhibitor leaks); Delivery and refilling of inhibitors;
- Repair of dosing units, pumps, and tanks;
- Installation and dismantling;
- Disposal of inhibitor residues;
- Injection of inhibitor into the reservoir;
- Periodic dosing of inhibitor into the well annulus;
- Removal of salt deposits from downhole equipment using acid compositions.
Removal of asphalt-resin and paraffin deposits
The precipitation of asphalt-resin and paraffin deposits (ARPD) is a major cause of reduced filtration characteristics in the near-wellbore zone of production wells. Additionally, ARPD is often responsible for the failure of oilfield equipment and decreased pipeline transportation efficiency. LLC “NORD-ENGINEERING” utilizes modern inhibitors and solvents to remove ARPD and hydrate formations from oil production wells, surface communications, field equipment, and pipelines.
